• Personal details like your name, Instagram handle, email, birth date, gender, residence, and phone number;

• Any other necessary information depending on the service functionality.

• Acquired Data: With your consent, we may access information from platforms, which can include:

• Personal identity details and demographic information;

• Data regarding your social connections;

• Device information like IP address and browser details;

• Data from other sources such as clients;

• Engagement metrics related to your content and location history.

• We also use cookies and similar technologies for data collection, described in Clause 7.

4. Use of Information: By attending WhoTivate and service provider listings and posting related content online, you grant the person permission to use this content for promotional purposes. This includes photos, videos, reviews, and other materials created or shared in connection with the event.

Your profile will be visible to WhoTivate partners and service providers, who may see details you’ve provided, including your Instagram handle, photos, first name, age, city, and biography. All information you provide may be visible tor WhoTivate partners using WhoTivate. Should you express interest in a venue or attend an event, we may collect that information as well. If you contact us, we may store the details of that communication.
 

 

6. Platforms and Data: Once you authorize us to share your data with any platform, we are no longer responsible for that shared content. Review the privacy policies of any platforms you engage with via our services.
